Pricing

All pricing of our products and shipping on our website will appear in New Zealand dollars. All prices are GST inclusive.

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. We do not ship orders out on weekends or public holidays. All orders are sent via tracked courier, and we expect your order to arrive overnight - or within 2-5 days. Expect a slight delay for rural addresses. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays (there are increased delays currently due to covid), please use the tracking link provided to track your parcel. 

Shipping within NZ is $7 standard and free when you spend over $85 (with the exception of a few oversized items which are $18). 

Walder and Me takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or opened parcels.

Time Frame

To our friends across the ditch in Australian shipping is $25 untracked (free shipping when you spend over $200, delivery target 3 - 10 working days. 

Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you, please keep these handy for checking on your order. International customers take on the responsibility for any customs related charges associated with the goods arriving in their country.

Pickup 

If you live locally in the Waikato and would like to collect your parcel, please send us a message and we can arrange this as well as a code to use online to avoid paying for shipping.
